Burden Bearer |
|||
Cast your burden upon the LORD, and He will sustain you; He will never allow the righteous to be shaken. -- PROVERBS 55:22 (NASB) |
|||
Cast your burden upon the Lord |
|||
And you He will sustain;
O, what peace and joy are mine
When I this promise claim.
I go to Him with everything
That makes my heart despair;
All my sins, grief, doubts and fears
I take to Him in prayer. | |||
He always listens patiently
To all I have to say; | |||
I ask Him to take control
And work things out His way.
Then there comes a peace so sweet |
|||
Into my troubled breast;
For I know that He has heard
And answered my request.
Yes, cast YOUR burden on the Lord,
And you He will sustain;
He’ll give to you a peace so sweet
That words cannot explain.

Let your speech always be with grace, seasoned as it were with salt, so that you may know how you should respond to each person. Colossians 4:6 |
|||
GRACIOUS WORDS | |||
Let your words be gracious;
Seasoned as with salt; | |||
Then you will always be sure
To say just what you ought.
Salt will bring out flavor,
Giving food a better taste;
Words, too, will be better
When they are seasoned with grace.

"Love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy mind" -- Mark 12:29-30 |
|||||
LOVE JESUS |
|
||||
Oh, you say, it is so hard |
|||||
To live the Christian life;
The devil tempts you oft to sin
And causes you such strife.
Oh, it is so hard to say | |||||
NO! To satan and sin | |||||
Old habits are so hard to break;
They just keep creeping back in.
There is a way to overcome
And have victory every day;
It is by loving Jesus and
Doing things His way. | |||||
Love Jesus when you are tempted to sin; |
|||||
Love Jesus, be strong, say, YES! To Him;
Do nothing that will bring pain to His heart;
Do nothing of which He can’t be a part.
His love is always faithful and true;
And you know He never stops loving you;
So love Him and new strength you will win
To help you live each day without sin.
